Retail store Manager must be able to manage store, specialize in selling skin & body care merchandise. Able to plan advertising campaigns/sales promotions, hire/train personnel, control inventories, draft budgets, and recommend, establish, or implement store procedures and policies. Able to oversee the remodeling of a store, plan store layouts and design displays, decide selling strategies, and represent the store in negotiations with mufacturers. Sometimes, he/she must also be required to stock shelves or racks, take inventory, supervise employees, or do sales work. Good communication skills is a must. Able to work long hours and work in continued pressure. At least have 5 years experience in retail. Please put your expected salary on your resume. Need several retail sales persons that experience in selling

cosmetics/skin/body care products. Have at least 2 years experience

in retail. They must be able to size up what a customer wants/needs quickly and politely. Knowledge of sales cash and credit card

payments. Good looking, clean and friendly. Knowledge of

computer/register sales, adjust inventory, and do simple

calculations. Good customer service. Salespersons may help order

merchandise, stock shelves or racks, mark price tags, take inventory

and prepare displays.  They should have patience, and be able

to deal with different types of customers and handle complaints.
