Mudah anda Remove dulu OS yang tinggi lewat Control Panel. Lalu Install OS yang rendah. Kemudian masuk ke C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader. Run Loader.exe. Tinggal klik next, next dan menunggu aja. Jangan lupa backup data anda dahulu. Semoga membantu
