I've turned on -trace in AntlrWorks, and I see the TraceIn/TraceOut
calls in the generated code, but I'm seeing no trace output in the
Visual Studio "Output" window when I debug my app. When I ran unit
tests, the trace did show in the test output.
What do I need to do to see the trace output in Visual Studio?
