*7 years experience, Detailed knowledge about designing and architecture
of the J2EE environment , Spring and Strut frame work, Design Patterns
used in Java development environment, Healthcare Industry background
preferred. WTX tool knowledge , understanding of MVC architecture in
Java environment and Java code.,knowledge of PVCS, Rational Suite,
Hybrid Project methodology, Interacting with the Architecture group,
Guide the developers during development, Participate in design review
with the review committee, Good communication skills, Good
interpersonal skills, MS Project plan, Experience in translating system
architecture to specific design decisions, Thorough understanding of
OOAD and UML, Practical experience with common modeling and development
tools, Familiarity with the technology with which the system will be
implemented (e.g. J2EE) at a level of implementation, Experience with
static code analysis tools such as Fortify or similar security tools,
