Technical skills and knowledge in the areas of Java/J2EE , Spring, Hibernate, SOA, Webservices etc to recommend and deliver optimal application structure Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Webservices Ability to learn and understand the system architecture quickly in a dynamic environment Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A big part of this job is communicating effectively with other development teams with offshore Experience in Object Oriented design and Design patterns.
