6 months Resource Conducts functional impact analysis for new system capabilities and for changes to existing capabilities Define and document processes and functional business requirements Conducts application design sessions and moderates other discussions as necessary Translates business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design and prepares functional design specifications and prototypes Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure business system features are properly implemented Reviews process designs for process measurement KPIs and ownership of each KPI (Business User or MIS) Develops business scenarios for testing, and reviews Test Plans with a focus on Integration, Regression and User Acceptance testing Serves as the functionality expert while actively participating in testing, training, and user documentation development source with PowerBuilder, UNIX, and Sybase skillset for support of WBCAS STBS and CW Applications.
