Business Objects Trainer Raleigh, NC
6+ months This is someone with 3-5 years of experience with the tool but with the communication skills and experience to train user and create plans and course materials accordingly. Client has a need for a Business Objects Trainer to assist business users on the functions of the BI tool. Client will be going live on an Enterprise Data warehouse which will greatly increase the ability of the business to gain access to enterprise data. They also recently upgraded to BO XIR3 which has added features and benefits that will allow the business to create better reports and mine data more efficiently. The Trainer will have the responsibility of developing a training plan and writing course materials and tip sheets. The training will be in person, class room training. They will likely also be involved in delivering the training to the client's end users or play a role in delivering the training in partnership with Blue University. The end users are business people and the manuals will be for the Infoview, Web Intelligence and Crystal reporting. Additional Job Info: 1. 3-5 Years of Business Objects experience with at least a year using XIR3. 2. Experience developing training material for end users AND the communication skills To engage end users To articulate technical concepts To business people. 3. Ability To effectively communicate concepts To business users. Exceptional oral AND written communication skills.
