SAP HCM Time Mgmt Consultant Location: PA Start date: 5/14/2012 End date: 11/9/2012 Skills: -SAP HCM Time Management expertise. -Needs to be able to write complex personnel calculation rules and schema changes to handle clients business processes, run workshops, provide best practice advice, configure system. -Experience with government contract compliance, unions, and/or public sector processes is a plus. -A minimum of 5 years hands on configuration within HCM Time Management on end to end implementations. -Superior written and oral communications skills, and able to communicate solution concepts and ideas to senior executives. . Ability to collect, distill and organize client business needs, and to translate into an holistic process, organization, and technical architecture, leveraging SAP technologies. . Knowledge of full-cycle implementation methodologies, such as SAP ASAP.
