Title: SSIS Developer
Location: Harrisburg PA Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities: The SSIS Developer will write integration programs that interact directly with the Guidewire application. These are programs that make use of standard APIs or other integration mechanisms to transmit data from, extract data from, push data to, or pull data into the Guidewire applications. This person will be able to solve integration architectural issues based on current enterprise-wide architectural standards. The project team will be using an Agile systems development methodology. The following skill sets are required: 1. SQL 2008 tool set with Visual Studio 2008 2. SSIS - Integration Services Skills 3. SSRS - Reporting Services skills 4. Solid understanding of information systems, data warehousing, data marts, ETL, data profiling, data integration and data cleansing The Following Skill Sets are nice to have: 1. Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge to be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications 2. Effective communication skills, both oral and written 3. Effective inter-personal skills 4. Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently 5. Ability to work within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment 6. Experience using an Agile systems development methodology 7. Experience building cubes using SSAS 8. Experience deploying to and working with Sharepoint 2010 9. Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server(TFS) 10.
