Rata2 sih musti format ulang komputernya. Install ulangnya jangan connect ke jaringan dulu. Setelah jadi, langsung pasang antivirus & update terbaru, baru disambungkan ke jaringan. Soalnya antivirus itu bagus untuk mencegah (misal ada virus mau masuk langsung dicegat). Kalau untuk menghapus virus yg sudah menginfeksi, kadang2 bisa tapi settingan komputer (registry) yg sudah diacak2 si virus nggak bisa dibenerin oleh antivirus (denger2 sih antivirus yg dari PCMedia bisa - blom pernah coba).
