Also, I saw three LLPX GP38s, 2205, 2206, and 2207 at Woodcrest on Monday
and Tuesday. These are painted in a UP-like Armour Yellow and Harbor Mist
Gray. These went west on the CC and are due back Friday where they will be
placed in lease service. These are apparently ex-GTW units.

from the Midrail list
The Terminal Railroad Assoc.. of St. Louis has leased 4 GP-38's from
Locomotive Leasing Partners. Three, LLPX 2201,2,3 are in EMD blue and
white and the fourth, TRRA 2204 is in TRRA red and cream like its
switchers. The 2201,2,3 had been seen working for the Alton & Southern
during October. I believe that the units were rebuilt by Metro East
Industries in E. St. Louis.

Group,
I saw three of the GP38's on the TRRA last weekend, and just wondered
about the numbering scheme. Now these others that are on the CC are numbered
sequentually behind the TRRA's. Interesting. I wonder what's in store for
them.
