Seems we are having a lot of good Ideas for the get together.
We need to make a decision on our first " Meeting".
We have 5 suggested locations.
Indy /Avon
Terre Haute
Lafayette
Danville
CHampaign/Tolono/Tuscola.
Format seems to lean to " Tours, Trackside and Slide show ( evening?)
TO expidite this, if it is agreeable to the list, Send me your vote for
location. I'll add them up and report to the list. Once the location is
selected, then the locals from the area can develop ideas, accomidations,
activities, dates etc.
AT our first meeting,I would suggest we consider election some officers to
cordinate our future meetings and activities. Keep it Simple.
