[ilmu-komputer] printer mogok

sewaktu mencetak dgn canon BJC 1000sp tak sampai 1 menit printernya
mendadak berhenti lalu muncul ketrangan:
Service error 5000.
Cancel printing and turn the printer off and then back on.
If this doesn't clear the error, see the printer manual for more detail.
kenapa printer bisa berhenti di tengah jalan?mohon
