Fortunately, we had an expert on hand to answer all these questions (and
more). Eben Moglen, professor of law and head honcho at the Software
Freedom Law Center, was a keynote speaker in Nashville last year. And he
returned for this year’s San Diego Summit to lead two well-attended
sessions on the GPL and other legal issues.

In fact, he perfectly answered the questions we found ourselves asking
as this new wave of Microsoft accusations broke
