Hi,
I fully agree with Inigo and this is from personal experience! I have a
630MB (aaagh!!) HDD which used to be partitioned into 350 and 250MB's -
the larger one for Windows. The Windows was mainly for my father - nothing
I could say would persuade him to look at Linux (which is
understandable). But finally I could stand it no longer and so I kicked
Win95 out and 'purified' my system with Linux - a full 600MB.

I can work fine! My father can't even use the computer!
And so things have come to such a head that I will once again have to give
250MB (at the very least) back to Win95 and say goodbye to half of
Linux.(actually its a case of blackmail :) - No Win95,no printer!!)

Yes I agree that on one system with multiple users (especially if some are
just users) Win95 will always have a place - much to my dislike. But thats
the world works!

Recently I visited the GNU website.I came across a number of projects
waiting for somebody to take them up.These included kernel, networking,X
projects. But there was also a Misc. group where various projects like
dbase clones,Pagemaker clone, project shcedulers, cad etc were waiting to be
taken up.What is relevant that GNU also had

     * A general ledger program, including support for accounts payable,
account receivables, payroll, inventory control, order processing,
       etc.

in the lists. If we plan to start a development project regarding
invoiceing why not bring it under the GNU umbrella and contribute to the
above program
So what about some specs and actual design?

Bye,
Rajarshi
