The article mentioned by him is "Free Linux growing as India�s favourite
software". It is written by Freddy (Fredrick Noronha) -- a journalist and a
Linux-India old-hand. It is available at the following URL -->

While the article doesn't mention ILUG-Cal by name, it does make a mention
of Arup Bhanja -- a member of this group, about his 4-point recommendation
