[ilug-cal] Clarification for meeting

Dear Indra,

A friend of mine - though interested in linux - is not a member of ilug-cal
as he does not have a net connection. I would like to know whether the
meetings of ilug-cal are strictly for the mailing list members only or can
he participate in it as well.
