Dwaipayan, judicious use of upper-case is the mark of a geek....which I am
sure is what you aim at becoming someday :) So, here's the first lesson,
don't use CAPSLOCK indiscriminately. Use of all Caps is the equivalent of
shouting in the physical world...

Now, about your particular problem, as noted before on this list, you are
likely to face trouble with your Presario, Compaq doesn't gaurantee its
Presarios working on anything apart from the OS they ship with....still I'm
may be induced to (probably) breaking my head on your system trying to
configure it ;-)
