Hmmm...KISS is usually a good principle to follow.... the site is easily
browsable through Lynx, and the results look decent on a mono moniter with
IE3.0
Suggestion :--
1. News section needs to be given more prominence...may require parts of
the page to be redesigned ..
Objective ---> Anyone one taking their first look at the page should be
able to get to know if there is something coming up (Linux-Interact '99 for
example) or the schedules of the next meetings (will be good if we can plan
on the themes well in advance)...all details need not be in the same
section, but link to a page with the full details
2. Insert Netshooter logo on the main page (hosting courtsey and stuff)
3. Direct link to the mailing list a must on index.html ...the Link can
lead to the page with detail....
4. A section for sponsers/contributors is needed
5. Need a good picture of the Official Umbrella in action ;-)
AND....
All the dead links could point to a page saying "Contents of the page to be
uploaded once the proposed author of the page recuperates from the effects
of a close brush with the OU (Official Umbrella)...timeframe
indefinite"...lol
