Hi,
I've already sent Indra a mail apologizing on behalf of Sumit,but I had
not read that mail he had sent.I've just accessed this mailbox and looked
through the mail - and I am as shocked as you guy's.
The problem in IIT is that departmental mail is difficult to come by (at
least in Chemistry),so 4 or 5 of us pooled Rs 500 to get an email account
- the unsaid rule being that everybody handled their own mail and did'nt
interfere with anybody else.Unfortunatly that has been violated and ina
very cheap manner.However as a finally got a decent login elsewhere I
don't use this nicmail a/c much (actualyl very rarely) and so I did'nt
know what was going on.Indra had mailed me at my cts account and that is
how I got to know what had happened.
I offer my sincerest apologogies on his behalf and I personally suggest
you take the nicmail address of the list so that any future 'pranks' do
not occur.
I hope everything returns back to normal.
