Dear members,

In view of the recent unpleasent episode on the list, I have changed some
of the list policies :--

1. "who" access to the list has been removed (with our fast-growing
membership, "who" access had a rich potential for possible abuse)

2. The user-id "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" has been banned from
directly posting to the list. I didn't removed the account as Pratim Sen
Gupta, one of the people sharing that account is a Linux enthusiast, once
Pratim moves to a different account this address will be removed. In the
meanwhile anything posted from this address will be bounced to me for
approval. (I'm soon moving my mail handling entirely over to the new Linux
box I am building at the moment, so any abusive postings will be
re-directed to /dev/null).

3. I am also considering putting up taboo_body restrictions in place as
well, but haven't decided yet...
