There seems to be a version of the Scitech Display Doctor Available for Linux .I am reproducing their hardware Compat List for Supported cards. Since the Windows Version of this driver works perfectly with these cards, i think the linux version should work as well. Try out the 21 day eval on your card if u cannot get X to Run on it.
