About the intelligent search capabilities reqd by the project, does
Postgres etc handle such stuff , or does the +ACI-intelligence+ACI- have to be
explicitly coded ? I ask this because
(a) I am a complete illiterate when it comes to SQL etc
(b) If the partial pattern matching has to be explicitly coded , then I
might be able to help as I have been doing some work in this area.
