This will help as well. I can possibly put it up in a few days. Due to
lack of material, the Help section of the sit has been structured in a
somewhat monolithic fashion, which will be changing to a properly indexed
section when (a) I have more time - or someone else offers to take on the
task, (b) more data arrives.
