Dear ILUG-Cal members,
Thaths (aka Sudhakar Chandrashekhran) has arrived in ton, this morning I
went to the airport along with Darshan to pick him & his friend Amy up.
He has given quite a number of CDs for the LUG.
Tomorrow, you are requested to make it to the St. Xavier's College
auditorium by 1:30, there will be extra hands required to handle the
whole thing apart from the ones who will be presenting or speaking
tommorow.
There are also a lot of new exciting turn of events which has taken place
in the last few days.
Our event is being covered by PC Quest magazine people who will also be
setting up stalls, and the Express Computer people. Among the local
media, The Telegraph is also sending their reporters to cover our event.
So YOUR PRESENCE IS URGENTLY REQUIRED TO MAKE THIS EVENT A BIG SUCCESS,
which we hope will be one of many that will follow it.
Quite a few IT companies have expressed their interest in sponsering
ILUG-Cal, so our interaction with industry is also posed for a big riseup.
These are exciting times for ILUG-Cal, be there tomorrow and be a part of
the history in making *grins*
