A few numbers do seem to have connection problems. The one which gives me
the stablest connect ( from my exchange - Yours should/could be different)
is 3573800 Which seems to have more than it's fair share of bad modems. I
need to connect 5-6 times before I get a prompt which is not gibberish.
However everything is ok once a connect is set up. Perhaps the rain gods
might clarify the problems with other lines where connects seem
excruciatingly slow!
