First of, my sincere apologies if this seems as spam - its not intended as
such, and I sincerely hope that the resource I am proposing will be of use
to many.
For the past few months, I've been quietly developing a new linux forums
site - linuxfool.com which I ultimately hope will become a one-stop resource
for linux users. It is currently just forums, however I intend to implement
various information sources, such as jobs postings for Linux folks, news,
and downloads / software section.
I would love to have folks take a look at the site, and tell me what they
think of the current format. If you have a linux site and would like to
swap links, I would love to! I am also looking for folks to help out w/ the
site, to provide CGI scripts and utilities, as well as information sources.
If you have a website and would be willing to provide either a
link, some banner impressions or news coverage, please contact me, I would
love to talk to you.
I believe this site will be an invaluable resource for Linux users. Please
visit it, and let me know what you think. Start posting, you never know
what kinds of contacts you will make through the forum. I hope to have one
of the developers of GNUPG to make a few posts shortly, and I certainly hope
other developers will come along.
If you run a linux site and would like a forum to discuss your product or
site or whatnot, please contact me, I would be more than happy to help you
out.
