Sir,
        Thank U very much. I could resolve the problem my self. The solution
is that on Solaris side I have to mount with the option  -o vers=2. then it
works.

        I am really not sure which is higher NFS version. The one on Solaris
or LINUX and SCO . No such option is required while mounting a share disk
from SCO machine. Similarly I could mount the SUN disk on to a LINUX machine
with out any problem.

        Only while sharing the LINUX disk on to a SUN machine U have to use
that version option Then it mounts successfully.
