Thanks to Arup (Bhanja) for bringing this new site to our
notice....and with the QuantumLinks guys behind this effort it
has the possibility to shape up as a decent Linux
site...however, I find it rather disturbing that they are using
the .htm naming style than the proper .html extension. For the
first few moments I almost suspected the worst -- a Linux site
running on NT, but thankfully that is not so....
It is probably just that the webmaster was in a lazy-mode and used
some braindead front end engine to design the site instead of hand
coding the HTML. This probably was on an NT platform(the design),
as most of the front end stuff come for NT, and so the files were
also saved in the usual good-for-nothing .3 (.htm) notation.
But then again, I am just guessing.
