IT.COM as an event is something at a different level, and it is not just
Linux, instead Linux will be occupying one of the pavallions.
I'm not sure if we can pull of the event being planned, because it need
some minimum financing to the tune of 50,000 rupees at least, to start
our preparations.
I will be in a position within a week or two, probably by our next LUG
meeting on 7th November, to announce whether we are going ahead with it,
and if we are then the plans for it.
I can't say if it will be big or not, but if we manage it, I can almost
garauntee you that it will recieve TV coverage from Star News, CNN, and
CNBC Asia, almost the entire Indian IT trade press, apart from the
regular printed media :)
