Basically it amounts to a large amount of juveline programmers in their
mid teens attempting to sound a bit different in a textual context (that
DOES sound a bit oxymoronish!). It also implies an [unwillingness to
comply with/lack of knowledge in] normal grammar and spelling.

To spell it out,

codez == codes == source code of (a) program(s)

to make it look even crazier:
c = K
o = 0
d = d
e = 3
z = Z

It can get even more juvenile, guess I'll have to dig out my ancient IRC
logs if you want something better than that.

Yes I used to be a juvenile programmer in my mid teens, and yes I used
to have pretty long hair.
