Sibayan seems to have realised his mistake, and has apologised for his
actions... I feel that we should accept his apology & not judge him too
harshly for the mistake he committed without properly understanding the
nature of this list... after all to err is human...
To Sibayan: I am not restricting your posting rights this time, but
understand this --> you are on my watch-list, sort of under
probation... violate your parole and you will be blocked for good. Period!

LET THIS INCIDENT BE A POINTER TO EVERYONE ON THIS LIST W.R.T ACCEPTABLE
BEHAVIOUR ON THE LIST. Hereafter the rule of precedence will be applied
while deciding on action to be taken against a member for unbecoming
