Dear members,
Please welcome a new member who has joined us today -- Surit Coomar Doss
(I hope I got that right). Surit is a journo with THE TELEGRAPH..... his
articles on topics related to the Net appear fairly regularly in
"Knowhow" -- the THE TELEGRAPH's Science & Technology supplement which
comes out every Monday.
He is a self-professed newbie w.r.t Linux who is trying to
discover/understand the nuances of the OS for which we would die for or
kill for :)
Surit... welcome aboard! To bring you up to the current status... we
have just survived a major flame war .... the molten lava is just
beginining to form a thin crust ;) But you go right ahead and ask all
the questions you meant to ask... only do not send your posts as
HTML mail, we don't care too much for that beast on this list... viva la
plain-text!!
