Hi
I feel this rule as complete in its self explanatory description. Howevr,
as you are going for subscription, it will be better if you try to
publish a newsletter which will clearly tell some basic information for
what is linux, linux installation procedures including X-windows etc., a
troubleshooting item, a latex-mania item, digital signal processing etc.
with linux......etc. to make it as a boon for all linux users.
