IMHO TC/BC is /was the best c compiler i have seen under dos. my experience
runs only upto m$ C , symantec and watcom C. IIRC a large number of TSR
programs used to be written in TC 2. Turbo tools for tc 1.5 springs to mind
. the excellent C library from Blaise computing (look in th BCL) is asnother
commercial example. could u elucidate what exactly 'sucks'.

Tip : Do not trust the documentation/help

what do u look at then - the M$ docs ? IMHO the borland docs used to set the
standards.
