Hi all,
Till date we were holding our meetings at St Xavier's College, with our
usual timing being 5 - 7 PM. However, due to certain reasons, it is
being found to be more difficult to hold meetings at SXC on Sunday
afternoons. I had a word with Ranjan-da regarding this...and he
suggested if the meetings could be rescheduled for morning, something
like 11AM - 1:30 PM we would be much better placed
infrastructurally... read availability of open rooms, unlocked gates
and stairs, AND supply of tea/coffee, maybe even some snacks ;)
Is Sunday ok with u all? Lets quickly decide on this, as we have to
confirm this with the SXC authorities...
Yesterday the meeting wasn't held as I feared a very poor turnout since
the time of the meeting couldn't be communicated earlier on the list.
My apologies to all who had made the effort to reach SXC last
evening...
