Hi,
I had recompiled the kernel to allow CD writing and had changed a number
of options. But after reboot everything went ok but NFS mountd gives the
error 'nfssvc not present' and mountd fails to load. /var/log/messages
shows that rpc.nfsd could not load.
However, the machine can mount remote dirs but is not exporting dir's to
other machines (sending a 'access denied' error)
Any ideas?
