No, I was meaning for the users group. Some LUG's actually get together
to write cool tools for their websites.
As to work: It's a bit complex to try to organize such things (I have
been working with Netshooter in Delhi on that type of thing, and being a
technie and not a manager myself, have not gotten that much work from
clients here for that type of thing).
As an asside: I'm also a strong supporter of India supplying India (IE:
cutting out the abusively expensive Western middle-man - this
import/export based model is extremely expensive on Indian companies
importing work that was often largely done by fellow Indians, but with
U.S./etc Corporations inflating all the prices in the middle)
