Hi,

Actually, that is no more correct with LILO 0.21.4.2 as released on 26th April 2000. 
It is done with using a EDD
(Enhanced Disk Drive) BIOS patch which allows handling of up to 2 TB (of course if you 
are using EIDE as most are, you
will be limited to 128 GB which is the limit for the EIDE interface).
