Simple, NT is a nightmare to administer, and might
have apache running (which is the server of choice, as
opposed to IIS). Linux is a breeze to administer,
definitely will have apache running.

start getting some really heavy load. Then NT/IIS will
simply crash and burn, while Linux/Apache will just
keep going.
