jove.prohosting.com is a good site - allows ftp access, but they put
inline ads which can mess up your HTML (it did mine!).
A better option is qwikpages.com - very fast, full ftp acces, CGI
capabilites, but only ~15MB space. They don't give inline ads; instead
they give pop up windows - over all a good site.
Another site is xoasis.com - they also provide ftp access, but I have'nt
used it much
