IIRC that particular Creative card ( If the chipset hasn't changed) should
be the best . I have one - the chipset is the Permedia 2v . Forget about
X( there being a whole accelerated server for it !) , even the kernel has
specific chipset level framebuffer support for that chip. and yes- that card
was built for openGL
