First open Outlook Express(OE) and click Tools and select  Options. You will get a box from which choose Maintenance tab. Within it there is a store option. Change it from its default position to such a position /directory so that the new location falls on New Harddisk. In this way you can save all mails to your new folder/location. You can retrieve it later in the following manner:
Go to File menu > choose Import then Message .
You will get a box from which select import from Microsoft Outlook Express 5.0.
Then choose the option " Import Mail From an OE5.0 Store Directory. It will restore all your mails from that location.
Regarding saving Address Book you just export it from File Menu.
