Today, while playing with fonts gtk and linux, I got the success in=20
displaying Bangla fonts in Linux. Please check it out in the attached ima=
ge.
I have used "shymal" font (ttf format) from bharat bhasaha project=20
(www.bharatbhasha.net) and converted it to afm format. So I feel the=20
complete multilingual editor/word-processor in Indian language is very=20
much possible and easy. Is there any contributer in the list?

I will post the source and the complete howto about this in web as soon=20
as I manage some free time in the weekend. Before that, please allow me=20
to hack some more.... ;-D

If there is someone in the list from Calcutta lug, please post it there=20
also... I donno the mailing list addr of kolkata-lug
