Below i am including pksharma's (member of ilug-cal
and was present in the last meeting) mail who has
requested me to forward it to the list.

i propose that indra should decide one out of the
many who
(hopefully)
will come forward .. for the time being .. later
a formal
committee
can do it and be criticised/appreciated for the
bad/good job

matters ..
its our
habit as human beings .. but this must be toned
down a bit
.. ONE of
the suggesting members should be given the
responsibility
for the job ..
like one for fixing venues .. one for fixing
demos .. one
for fixing the
demo hardware .. one for conducting the meetings
in a
structured way ..
one for putting the ILUG MEETING GOING ON banner
outside the
venue ..
one for the very important ;-) thing - eats &
water/tea/coke
.. and if
possible, one for coordinating and informing
transport
(taxi/bus/cars)
for members to come/go (i have a car and would
probably be
able to drop
3/4 guys enroute) .. one for taking down details
of
happenings at the
meetings and posting them on this list .. (no one
should be expected to actually DO more
than one
activity ..
all should be expected to suggest .. but should
be prevented
from too
much talk without stepping forward to volunteer
to DO that
which
is suggested by him/her .. he who says is he who
dose ! we
are all
happy to be leaders but we do need a few
followers .. and in
turn
to follow others ourselves too) > It will be very nice
if the meeting place has
got a minimal setup for

person comes forward and
takes the
responsibility of this job .. so who's going to
