Hi guys, I take the liberty of writing a bit on the meeting, so there is no vacuum for others.
First the positives. a. We had one of the largest groups coming together. 22 ppl. b. a lot of enthusiasm. c. the agenda decided earlier was more or less fully tackled. d. A mandrake installation was undertaken. once it started the transfer of data to the disk, the next thing on the agenda was initiated. e. Discussion cum presentation on the ilugcal website. f. Presentation by archan on embedded linux. g. fixing up of meeting in the next month. 6th January, Indro's place. h. two successive meetings have happened on schedule. and would say have been successful atleast in some parameters. Now the negatives. a. the host arrived an hour late, (myself) however, thanx to the ones who had already arrived they started of the meeting on time at 5pm. b. A large no of people got delayed due to the visit of our dear prime minister and the consequent blockade of bypass. c. the meeting went on till nearly 8pm.
