This uncertainity abt meetings must go !

no offence guys, but fixing meeting times,
venues thru this list is quite a circuitous
route ..

we have already a decision in principle ..
a meeting a month .. prefrebly on a saturday
or a sunday ..

the salt lake venue was fine .. but to meet
some members' needs one meeting there and
one in south calcutta was fixed ..

just to avoid future disruptions, in case a
meeting at the venue fixed is put off .. the
other venue could automatically become
the venue .. same day .. same time ..

alok .. you have to give your opinion .. will
saturday evening disrupt your company's
business ? or its ok ?

and sundays .. that is another question ..
will it disrupt alok's or indra's personal
programs .. we all have private needs to
attend to as well ..

so indra and alok .. which day is suitable
for you .. individually ?

we are enthused members .. so any place
any day appear to be ok .. but the momentum
will be totally lost if alternatives are not
only made but also widely circulated ..

it will help if there is a central or more than
one points where members can phone in and
ask abt the date, time, place ofthe next meeting

any volunteers .. (i am the person of the last
resort and more or less my cellphone is always
on .. but alok's office telephone operator .. or
indra's staff .. or both may be a better, more
correct info point)

..pk

(this 1st sat/sun of the month sound good ..
and i'm for it .. will remove the uncertainity ..
time is more or less fixed around five-ish
only the venue then needs to be informed)
