Just so you know, the reason I am not replying is because I simply don't understand the question. It sounds like you are talking about a problem with a Web browser, but don't specify any details about your computing environment (Internet connection, what software, etc). My hope is that you'll give someone in the forum your phone number and talk in person to find out what the problem is.
