Hi Tathagata, It is BleedEnc. Its my own encoder to convert raw wav to mpeg. :-) It is based on MPEG consortium 's mp2 algorithm.
I have not gone thru the src code of bladeenc and lame, but I prefer bladeenc for its "tonal purity". But if u have lots of buss in ur music file, then use LAME.
