[ilug-cal] gcc compilation

Hi,     For a Linux non-geek like me, the gcc documentation is intimidating. Can one of you please tell me the plain vanilla commands that I can use to install the latest version of gcc on my machine? I am running RH (PCQ) 7.1 on a Celeron. Thanks again.   Anurup
